Missouri Quality Award Program
Platte County R-3 School District completed an application to the Missouri Quality Award (MQA) Program in April 2014. The program, modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, offers a thorough and objective educational process through which an organization can learn and apply quality implementation techniques and assessment methods. Organizations participating in the award process join a growing number of Missouri organizations dedicated to promoting quality as a vital element to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational performance. PCR3's MQA application is linked below.
The MQA program includes a third-party review process and site visit offering valuable feedback that will help PCR3 continue to improve as an organization. The District was selected for a review, and MQA examiners visited the district in October 2014. A presentation to these examiners which describes the district's journey to this point and reasoning for becoming involved in the MQA program is linked below, along with the examiner's feedback report and a summary of this feedback.
