Offer Your Time and Talents

There are many opportunities to volunteer at Platte County R-3 School District. Whether it is during the school day helping in the office with clerical duties, mentoring a student with math facts, or participating in the many PTA sponsored activities and programs, Platte County R-3 encourages your involvement.

YouthFriends is a school based mentoring program for students. For more information on volunteering with YouthFriends, please contact Mr. Tolan Singer at 816/858-7103.

If you would like to utilize your talents by volunteering in one of our buildings, please contact that building principal to share your abilities and offer your services.

Each building has a very active, supportive parent group (PTA, Booster, etc.). For contact information on how to volunteer or join one of these groups, please go to Parent Organization link on the left of this page.
