In February 2025, our Board of Education approved Board Policy EHBD, establishing clear expectations for the safe, ethical, and effective use of AI in our schools. Our policy and AI Use Plan is designed to protect the safety and security of students, employees, and the District, while allowing for appropriate educational and productive enhancements enabled by AI.
Our AI use is grounded in safety, ethics, transparency, and human oversight, ensuring technology supports, not replaces, professional judgment.
