    Welcome to the
    Siegrist Elementary Media Center

Siegrist Library Media Center serves Kindergarten -Fifth grades. The Library Media Center is located at the center of the building and serves as a space for library classes and peer mentors working with Siegrist students.

We are excited about this new school year in the library. We have so many new books to share with our students. I can not wait to share my "summer" reads with all my students and hear about all that they have read.  This year our students will be creating their Passports to Success by reading our series books. When a student reads a "Book Series" they earn a sticker to put on their reading passport. Their reading passport will be kept in their Data Notebooks.   Be sure to ask your student how to start their passports.

     Library Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Kindergarten classes attend library 2 times a week for 25 minutes each time.

All students should keep their library books in their backpacks when they are not reading them. This way, students will always be able to find their library books and return them on time.
Please do NOT keep water bottles in backpacks. Many many books are damaged every year due to water bottles in backpacks, thanks!!
